We ship to the United States and select international countries. Great American Coin will review all international shipments individually, and reserves the right to cancel any transaction at our sole discretion based upon location or for any other reason. Insurance and/or tracking is available for international shipments, however, it is generally cost prohibitive. Insurance and/or tracking may be included in international shipments at buyers expense.
Great American Coin ships most orders within 0-3 business. Under rare circumstances packages may be held longer. Wire transfers require a 2-4 -day hold time prior to shipment. Customers will be contacted if packages are held longer than 3 business days. Please be advised that if we require a drivers license or other ID prior to shipment the 0-3 business day shipping window will begin upon receipt of requested information.

I had an issue where it looked like me package was either misplaced or stolen and GreatAmericanCoin shipped me another package out without hesitation immediately. Thanks guys. Even though the other package did eventually show up but i was more than happy to pay for the other package as well.
